Disclaimers & Upgrade Options
This promotional package covers a standard luxury tub-to-shower conversion / shower
renovation as described. The following items are not included but can be added as upgrades.
Customers may choose to include them by paying the difference in cost:
● Tile & Dimensions
○ Any tile size other than 12×24″
○ Tiling shower walls higher than 8 feet
○ Showers larger than 4×4 or 5×3 dimensions
● Custom Features
○ Building custom wall layouts
○ Glass doors with rolling wheels (specialty hardware)
More than one shower head fixture
● Fixtures & Bathroom Elements
○ Adding a new toilet instead of reinstalling the existing one
○ Removing or replacing the vanity
○ Painting bathroom walls or ceiling (beyond included base/shoe molding touch-up)
○ Plumbing Fixtures: Includes an allowance for one shower head and
faucet/valve . Additional fixtures or upgrades are extra.
● Additional Scope Items
○ Relocating plumbing, drains, or electrical
○ Structural changes (framing, moving walls, ceiling modifications)
○ Tile, fixtures, or glass selections beyond included allowances
○ Lighting changes (recessed lights, sconces, etc.)
○ Ventilation upgrades (fans, ductwork)
○ Additional demo or disposal not specified in package
○ Repairing unexpected subfloor or wall damage outside the defined scope
Upgrade Option
If you’d like to add any of these features, we will provide a custom quote. You only pay the
upgraded difference , ensuring you still keep the promotional value while tailoring your project
to your exact needs. The only task we cannot perform is lowering (recessing) the shower floor,
as this would compromise the integrity of your home’s concrete slab.
